Abstract: This article analysis the usage of B'-Scan in somespecial cases in clinical forensic medicine, such asthe injuries of eyeball, urinosexual organs (includekidney.ureter,urinary bladder,urethra penis,scrotum,testis,uterus et al) liver-gallbladder-spleen, thyreoidand parathyreoid, and the position and course ofthe scars in the deep of the body.The resultindicates that the B'-Scan can be used to displaynot only the morphological changes, such as thepositions. characteristics and degrees of the injuries,but also the function when to be used combiningwith the Doppler.
