Abstract: The Cardiac Troponin T and I are highly cardiac specific biochemical markers of myocardial injury.They are very sensitive markers to detect all kinds of myocardial injury,and are able to distinguish myocardial injury and skeletal injury.Furthermore,They are independent predictor of future cardiac events.Such markers are now widely used in the clinic practice.It is prospective to use them in Forensic Medical Science.
