Abstract: The purpose Of the StUdy is to investigate the dis-tribution Of morphine in rats by immunohis-tochemistry(PAP).The results ShOWed that thecontent of morphine in CNS was Of little Change,and the content Of morphine in other tissuedecresed with prolonged time.Morhine inintraperitioneal fatty tissue ahowed a great increaseafter death.The study demonstrated that postmortendisrtabution Of morphine in rats had signifiCantChangeS at different time after .It may providea reason for better Choice of postmortem tissue indetecting addicts of morphine after death.
