摘要:
法医昆虫学为推断死亡时间提供了一条确实可行的途径,其中嗜尸性昆虫的生长发育规律是法医学实践中应用最广泛的指标。多年来,法医昆虫学者已经开展了大量嗜尸性昆虫发育生物学研究。本文从温度、湿度、光照、食物类型及毒物方面对影响嗜尸性昆虫发育的主要因素进行了阐述,从形态学、差异基因表达及生物化学特征角度对嗜尸性昆虫的发育指标进行回顾,强调未来嗜尸性昆虫发育生物学研究应当充分吸纳和融合人工智能和组学的方法,并进一步拓展研究对象,以建立客观性更强、精度更高的死亡时间推断方法。
