摘要:
死亡时间(postmortem interval,PMI)推断是法医病理学研究的重点与热点问题。近年来,国内外学者利用眼组织推断PMI取得了一定进展,机体死后眼角膜、房水、虹膜、晶状体、玻璃体液、视网膜等改变均呈现与PMI高度相关的时序性变化规律。本文基于眼组织不同结构死后形态学、生物化学、分子学、遗传物质改变等方面,对PMI推断研究进展进行了综述,对存在的问题及发展趋势进行探讨。
