溺死地点推断的研究进展

摘要: 水中尸体是法医学实践中常见的类型之一。水中尸体的发现地往往不是其实际落水溺死的地点,而确定落水点对于寻找尸源至关重要。异物颗粒、硅藻、细菌等水中无机物颗粒和浮游生物等是应用于溺死诊断较有价值的标记物,通过比较组织器官与可疑溺液中的异物颗粒、浮游生物,根据其类型及分布情况的相似度可以推断溺死地点,且具有一定的实际应用价值。本文对有关溺死地点推断的方法进行分析和总结,旨在为同行进行溺死地点推断研究提供参考。

Abstract: The bodies found in water are one of the most common types in forensic practice. The discovery site of the body is often not the drowning site. However, the determination of drowning site is vital for the identification of victim. Inorganic particles and planktons, such as granular impurities, diatoms and bacteria, are valuable markers for the diagnosis of drowning. By comparing the granular impurities and planktons in tissues and suspicious drowning mediums, the drowning site can be concluded based on their similarity of types and distribution, which has practical applied value. In this paper, the research progress on determination of drowning site is summarized to provide reference for the peers.
